February 2017 – Germany. The erection for the filter conversion for a cement kiln is complete!

An electrostatic precipitator (flow rate 750.000 m³/h) has been converted into a fabric filter with 3000 bags, 9 m long. Extreme care to detail at every stage of the project has been taken, in order to minimize the impact to outside (e.g. advanced noise reduction system for bags cleaning) and to maximise the performance. Kiln shutdown was foreseen to be limited to be four weeks, and the plant has been delivered in strict observance to the schedule.

And this year another filter conversion in the same workshop is planned.
